Greg B. Kirby
Greg B. Kirby is an accomplished healthcare executive and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience leading multiple successful companies. He previously served as CEO of American Transmed, Inc., where he built upon over four decades of expertise in EMS and healthcare management. In addition to his work in EMS, Greg has owned and operated both a home medical equipment company and a wholesale pharmacy that supplied patients across the Southeast.
He is the current President of TransHealth, LLC and has held key leadership roles including EMS Director and President of the South Carolina EMS Association. Greg also collaborates within the Veterans Affairs (VA) network, supporting national initiatives of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. A veteran and former paramedic himself, he has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and public safety. Beyond healthcare, Greg has contributed to education and governance as Chair of the Cherokee County School Board. His dedication to advancing safety programs was recognized with the South Carolina Legislature Safety Award for his outstanding contributions to public safety.

John Harper
Despite being a medical device expert, John Harper’s exposure was in the sales, management, and marketing department, where he spent over 25 years of his life. He specializes in growing and commercializing VC-based and disruptive technology businesses and helping startups reach full commercialization and acquisition status.
Known for driving sales and growth in challenging environments, John builds strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, while focusing on revenue, profit, and market share objectives.

Eric Hawkins, MD, MPH
Dr. Eric Hawkins is a board-certified emergency medical doctor with over 25 years of experience. He received his MD and MPH degrees from the University of North Carolina and completed his residency and fellowship at Carolinas Medical Center.
Eric specializes in EMS and wilderness medicine, serving as Medical Director for multiple EMS programs. He focuses on advancing care in both fields as an educator and researcher. Additionally, he is a Clinical Associate Professor at Wake Forest University and an attending physician at Atrium Health.
